Let’s Eat Healthy This 4th of July

So, the good folks at DietDiva.com made a snappy looking infographic for us for the 4th of July. Except for the depressing part where they tell you that a hamburger can be 750 calories (I had no idea!!!), it’s super good looking. And helpful.

And I think I’ll just have a bun with ketchup, mustard, relish, and onion. Maybe then my diet will survive this!
