I may be showing my age here, but I remember the big “Breakfast: it’s the most important meal of the day” campaign. Do you? Does anyone say that anymore? I do agree that it’s super important. If you don’t eat breakfast you can really upset your body’s balance. And getting a healthy breakfast is even more important. Says the mom who lets her children eat cereal most days. Ugh. I shall have to work on that.
