Nearly 30 million children participate in organized sports each year and every year 3.5 million children are treated for sports injuries. There are many general practices that can help families and their children prevent a majority of these sports related injuries, however many of them are often ignored and overlooked.

This is so important! The small investment of getting the right equipment or anything else to keep your kids safe, will always be less than the price of a broken bone or torn muscle. Especially for lower income families, medical expenses from sports injuries can do a lot of damage. Not to mention the pain of having to see your children in so much pain and anguish.
